The High Council of Justice will consider the dismissal of Judge of the Dniperovskyi district court of Kyiv Mykola Chaus Jan. 28.

Jan. 28, the High Council of Justice intends to consider five disciplinary actions filed against judges who delivered judgments against Euromaidan and Automaidan activists.

In particular, Judge Chaus is recommended to be dismissed for oath-breaking, as he unreasonably deprived Automaidan activist of his driving license for six months Feb. 3, 2014.

Judge Chaus is also known for changing pre-trial restriction for UKROP party leader Hennadii Korban from house arrest for detention in custody Dec. 28, 2015.
