This was announced by Belorussian President Alexander Lukashenko when accepting credentials from ambassadors of foreign countries, Censor.NET reports citing Polskie Radio.
"Our country has the reputation of an active supporter of stability and security in the world. It is good that both the EU and the U.S. have taken closer look at our peaceful politics and concluded that Belarus can be not only cooperated with, but used for maintaining of peace and order in the region," the Belorussian president noted.
Lukashenko also stressed that Minsk is willing to work in this direction.
He assured the ambassadors that they would be given the most favorable conditions for fruitful implementation of their diplomatic mission in Belarus.
"It is very important that you find new possibilities and new formats of mutually beneficial cooperation and bring constructive ideas to our joint efforts," the head of the Belorussian state noted.
He assured that the dialogue with the states represented by the ambassadors will be constantly developing based on "cooperation, partnership, and friendship."
