"Tactics of judges trying Savchenko is clear: give floor to defense without including documents in trial bundles," - lawyer Feigin

The judges of the Donetsk city court (the Rostov region of the Russian Federation) hearing the case of Nadiya Savchenko give floor to defense but do not include any written proof in trial bundles.

Lawyer of Nadiya Savchenko Mark Feigin wrote on Twitter, Censor.NET reports.

"The tactics of the judges hearing the case of Savchenko is clear: they give floor to defense, show no legal mayhem, but include no written proofs," he wrote. "Our appeal has once again been turned down. It has been the third one for today. They make no new moves," Feigin added later.
