"I was surprised by today's statement of the political council of the Samopomich party as the party has always commended the work of my team. No consultations were held with me on this issue. I am not a member of any political party and have no membership in bodies of any party. I have no behind-the-scenes obligations," Pavlenko wrote.
"I am engaged and will be engaged in the only policy - the agricultural one. I joined the government after our common victory in the Revolution of Dignity. My only motive was the desire to be useful for the country. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy is in the lead in implementation of reforms according to all ratings," the minister wrote making it clear that he did not intend to leave his post.
