 Export Control Service deputy head earlier arrested receiving $250,000 bribe shows up to work

Deputy director of Expert Analysis Department of the State Export Control Service of Ukraine, who was detained receiving $250,000 bribe from one of the defense enterprises, has been released.

The person continues performing his duties since Monday, Jan. 18, Censor.NET reports citing ZN.UA

It is noteworthy that President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko confirmed serving of suspicion of commission of a crime to deputy director of the Expert Analysis Department of the State Export Control Service of Ukraine during the session of the board of the SBU Dec. 29, 2015.

It should be reminded that Dec 9, 2015, Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Hrytsak reported on the detention of the deputy director of the Expert Analysis Department of the State Export Control Service of Ukraine, who extorted $250,000 from a representative of a commercial entity for the issuance of the appropriate license for the export of goods.

The official was detained while receiving the last part of the bribe.
