Minsk process to be terminated if attacks on OSCE observers continue, - OSCE's Hug

Militants put in jeopardy OSCE monitors’ trust in them, which may result in termination of the Minsk process.

If the militants continue firing at patrols of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM), the Minsk process will be terminated. Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine Alexander Hug expressed such opinion at a briefing, Censor.NET reports citing Lіga.

"If the leaders of those who commit attacks on the OSCE observers keep doing so, they will completely lose credibility. And when they lose credibility, the Minsk process will be stopped, we will not be able to do our jobs and there will be no settlement of the situation," he said.
