 Ukraine’s Deputy PM pulls Saakashvili to pieces for his absence in Odesa during weatherbeat

Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine Hennadii Zubko has stressed that heads of the regional state administrations must be in their regions during bad weather that is currently prevailing.

"In such a situation in the region the head of the administration should be in place," he said Monday at a meeting of the interdepartmental emergency response center of the state commission on man-made and ecological safety and emergencies, speaking to First Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Volodymyr Zhmak.

In turn, Zhmak noted that Head of the Regional Administration Mikheil Saakashvili was in Kharkiv then but the emergency response center was operating in Odesa under his leadership on the night of Sunday.
