Deputy head of Dnipropetrovsk communal Zhylservis-5 enterprise demanded and received a bribe from an anti-terrorist operation (ATO) participant in amount of $2,700 for legal registration and location into a one-room apartment belonging to the city with subsequent right for privatization.

This was announced by Chief Military Prosecutor Anatolii Matios on his Facebook page, Censor.NET reports.

The bribe has been seized during a search on Jan. 15. The racketeer has been arrested by court with the right to bail at 1 mln UAH ($38,460).
