This was announced by B sector press officer Yevhen Romanov on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel, Censor.NET informs.
"Between midnight and 8 a.m. four cases of shelling were recorded. Pisky, Opytne, Butivka mine were fired at from small arms, Luhanske from an automated grenade launcher," he said.
According to him, the evening of Jan. 14 was quite turbulent at Donetsk direction.
"Between 6 p.m. and midnight, 13 cases of shelling were reported. The fire was conducted at the direction of Opytne, Luhanske, Novhorodske, Butivka mine, and Avdiivka. [Militants] used small arms, grenade launchers of various systems, large-caliber machine guns, and anti-tank guided missiles," he added.
