"Russia has declared a trade war on us, but we can do without Russian gas, our producers are looking for new markets," Poroshenko said during his working trip to Ternopil.

As previously reported, Prime Minister Arsenii Yatseniuk said that Naftohaz Ukrainy [national gas operator - ed.] refused to buy natural gas from Russia's Gazprom at the proposed price of 212 dollars/tcm, as this price was disadvantageous for the company and uncompetitive in comparison with the gas prices on the European market.
