As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Ukrenerho's press officer Zinovii Butsio on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.
He said that the repair works had been finished, but power supply not restored. In order to do so, Butsio said, talks need to be held with the side receiving electricity regarding conditions of power supplies.

As reported, on Dec. 30 a power supply line pylon at Kakhovska Tytan line collapsed 20 km from Kakhovka. It caused yet another blackout in occupied Crimea. Coordinator of Crimea blockade Lenur Isliamov states there has been no collapse - the pylon simply turned off. At the same time police say that there has been an explosion causing the pylon's fall.
