 Kominternove residents complain about looting by Russian-terrorist troops, - ATO HQ

Residents of the occupied Kominternove village near Mariupol, the Donetsk region, complain about looting conducted by pro-Russian militants.

As reported by Censor.NET citing UNIAN, this was announced by the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) press secretary Anton Myronovych at a briefing on Tuesday.

The speaker voiced the news received from the residents of the village yesterday.

"The locals are complaining about mercenaries' looting. According to our information, the people have addressed the so-called commandants office of the Russian-terrorist troops in Novoazovsk city with a request to bring order to the invaders' ranks and leave the residents of Kominternove alone," Myronovych noted.

As reported, Kominternove village in the 'grey' area of the front line was seized by Russian-terrorist troops on Dec. 22. On Dec. 25 the militants left the village. The ATO HQ informed that they managed to force the terrorists out of the village with diplomacy. The militants withdrew heavy weapons from the village and left the village themselves shortly after it. On Dec. 25 the militants partially returned to Kominternove together with equipment and heavy weapons.

As of the morning of Dec. 28, terrorists continued to hold the village of Kominternove.
