"The limitations imposed on her [Lukash - ed.] by the court of appeal were not extended today," the lawyer said.
He explained that according to the imposed limitations, Lukash had to hand over her traveling passport, was not allowed to leave the city without investigator's consent, was banned from communicating with witnesses, and the like.
Also, according to him, in accordance with the ruling of the court of appeal, a measure of restraint in the form of bail expires tomorrow, Dec. 29. But today, the court did not take any decision on the return of the previously placed amount, considering only limitations.
