 Judge resolved to deliver Korban to court by 3 p.m. session

The Dniprovskyi District Court in Kyiv resolved to deliver UKROP party leader Hennadii Korban to the 3 p.m. session.

Censor.NET reports citing the press service of UKROP party.

Mykola Chaus, judge of the Dniprovskyi District Court in Kyiv, read out the corresponding court statement. Thus, the court granted the request of the prosecutor's office for compulsory delivery of the politician to court.

The judge did not even consider the motion by Korban's defense to suspend the hearing until a forensic medical examination of UKROP's leader, the report stressed.
