Militants did not let OSCE observers in Kominternove and tried to enter ATO forces-controlled territory, - HQ

Pro-Russian militants have not granted access for observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in the Donbas to work in the area of Kominternove.

Censor.NET informs citing the statement by the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) press center.

"They have already shelled the ATO forces positions on this section of the demarcation line with 82-mm mortars in the evening. In addition, the enemy subversive and reconnaissance groups attempted to infiltrate from Kominternove to the area controlled by the ATO troops in the afternoon. Our soldiers have detected them in due time. The short clash took place and the militants retreated," the report reads.

Our soldiers were attacked by an enemy sniper on the outskirts of Marinka," the ATO press center informed.

In addition, several armed provocations were recorded north of Horlivka not far from Novhorodske, Maiorsk, and Zaitseve: "The militants employed grenade launchers, high-caliber machine guns, and small arms there."

"The militants attacked one of our strong points in Shchastia town in the Luhansk region. The bandits have committed nearly 30 armed provocations against our defenders since the beginning of the day," the statement reads.
