Major-General Anatoliy Konovalov, deputy commander of the long-range air forces of the Russian Federation, told journalists at a briefing, Censor.NET reports citing RIA News.
"Olenegorsk is ours northernmost airfield that allows us to increase reach range and refueling possibilities. But the European Union and Turkey do not allow us to enter their airspace," Konovalov said.
