As reported by Censor.NET citing Deutsche Welle, she announced it on Monday, Dec. 14 at a press conference after a meeting of EU's foreign ministers in Brussels.
According to Mogherini, the European Commission is working on the report and is set to release it in the coming days.
The EU sees how important it is for the people of Georgia and Ukraine to settle the issue of visa-free regime for short trips, she added.
As previously expected, the report was scheduled for Dec. 15, but then it was postponed.
Mogherini noted that at the foreign ministers' meeting on Dec. 14, visa liberalization issues were also raised and a positive trend in member states' evaluation of progress was evident.
As previously reported, probable cancellation of visas was declared by Finnish MEP, Green Party representative Heidi Hautala. According to her, the European Parliament was ready to support granting visa-free regime to Ukraine.
