"Concerning the nearest perspectives, we will have to temporarily renew the call for military service in spring. It is necessary to perform the tasks determined by the laws, the people of Ukraine, and our time," head of the State Border Service Viktor Nazarenko said.
According to him, the decision is connected with the expected mass demobilization in March 2016.
"We have no problems with demobilization, the decree will be fulfilled," - Poroshenko
"Therefore, we are preparing to engage conscripts, and I believe that we can provide them with the right moral, psychological and everyday conditions. They will perform tasks that are not associated with the anti-terrorist operation.
A panel gathered to discuss the issue. "At first we will call up for 4,000 conscripts. Later this number might increase," he said.
