The minister recalled that Ukraine insists that the Minsk agreements should be implemented peacefully and wants to bring peace to the Donbas as soon as possible. In this regard, Klimkin stressed that it is Russia who is waging the war with Ukrainian people; it is Russia who supplies the militants with weapons and annexes Ukrainian territory. "After all, Ukraine does not fight with Russia, quite the contrary. It's not Ukraine sends weapons to Russia and annexes Russian territory, just the opposite," Klimkin said.
