At the same time, administration's first deputy head Valentyna Sichevaia set out for talks with activists to the site of the blockade. Lenur Isliamov, power blockade leader, arrived at the place as well. The coordination was carried out by phone. After the meeting, Andrii Putilov said repair crews had been allowed to Kakhovska-Tytan power line at around 2 p.m. No provocations or conflicts were registered. The police maintain public order," the report notes.
