 OSCE found unremoved howitzers in Luhansk region

OSCE SMM observers have discovered 12 large-caliber howitzers in the vicinity of terrorist-held Lutuhyne, the Luhansk region.

As reported by Censor.NET referring to Glavkom, Presidential Administration spokesman on ATO matters Oleksandr Motuzianyk announced at a briefing in Kyiv.

"The OSCE SMM notes that illegal armed groups have not completed the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the demarcation line. On the morning of Dec. 5, observers recorded 12 D-30 howitzers (122-mm) in the village of Yuriivka near Lutuhyneб where the distance to the front line is about 20 km. Moreover, militants threatened OSCE monitors with arms," Motuzianyk said.
