 Finance Ministry unveils 2016 budget with 598.21 billion hryvnia income, 673.96 billion expenditure, and 83.69 billion gap

Ministry of Finance published the draft law on the state budget for 2016.

The draft budget is available on the website the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Censor.NET reports.

The document was published on the website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine Monday night.

According to the draft state budget, the next year's income of the general fund of the budget is 564.56 billion hryvnia (over $22.58 billion) while income of the special fund of the budget is 33.65 billion hryvnia (about $1.346 billion).

At the same time the state budget for 2016 envisages 673.96 billion hryvnia (about $26.99 billion) expenditure including one of the general fund - 638.4 billion hryvnia, and 35.5 billion hryvnia of the special fund.

Thus, according to the draft document, the budget has a gap of up to 83.69 billion hryvnia (about $3.347 billion).
