Russia-supported terrorists deploy military equipment banned by the Minsk agreements along the front line in eastern Ukraine. At the same time, they are spreading rumors about an offensive of the Ukrainian army.

Speaker of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine on ATO matters Oleksandr Motuzianyk said at a briefing, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

"Recently, the ATO forces informed the Special Monitoring Mission of the OSCE about concentration of the terrorists' tanks and self-propelled guns (caliber more than 100 mm) at Sokilnyky village in the Luhansk region, and the village of Holmiske in the Donetsk region," Motuzianyk said on Sunday.

According to him, the Russian military are spreading rumors about an offensive of the Ukrainian army, thus trying to provoke the ATO forces.

Oleksandr Motuzianyk assured that Ukrainian soldiers were following the Minsk agreements carefully.
