As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by assistant to head of the State Border Guard Service, head of the press service Oleh Slobodian on his Facebook page.
"Yesterday, border guards of the Luhansk unit detained two citizens of the Russian Federation, who were wearing military uniform with insignia of the internal troops of the Russian Federation, for illegal crossing of the state border near Milove border crossing point.
According to Slobodian, the detained are soldiers of an internal troops unit of the Russian Federation, who were heading to Armavir city in Russia.
"They said they were going "to pass exams for the right to wear dark-green berets." The detainees explained they got to Ukraine by accident, after which they were detained by the border guards unit."
Slobodian noted that establishing of the circumstances of the misdemeanor and process of taking procedural decisions are underway.
