 18 attacks by terrorists recorded since last evening. Engagement occurred near Syze, enemy fled, - ATO press center

At night, terrorists continued to fire on Ukrainian troops positions at all directions.

As reported by Censor.NET, it was stated in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) press center on Facebook.

"From 6 p.m. yesterday evening until morning, militants fired on Pisky, Avdiivka, and Taramchuk, using heavy machine guns and small arms. At the Artemivsk direction, terrorists used BMP, grenade launchers, and heavy machine guns to hit Luhanske and Leninske. At the Luhansk direction, occupants fired mortars and small arms on Bolotiane while Shyrokyne got under small arms fire at the Mariupol direction," the report notes.

As also noted, militants delivered fire on Ukrainian army positions in the vicinity of Novhorodske and Triokhizbenka, using grenade launchers and small arms.

"An engagement took place yesterday at 9 p.m. near Syze village, with Ukrainian soldiers having repulsed the enemy from their positions with dense small arms fire. In total, from evening till morning, terrorists opened fire against our positions 18 times," the HQ stated.

As previously reported, volunteer Yurii Miasyhin wrote that soldiers of the 6th company engaged in a tough fighting with an enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group that killed one Ukrainian fighter (callsign Lem) and wounded two others.
