Russia builds up offensive capacities in Northern Crimea, - NSDC


On Nov. 24, 2015, five Russian military transport aircraft Il-76 brought two battalion tactical groups from the 98th Airborne Division of the Russian Airborne Troops (the town of Ivanovo) to the airfield in Crimea's Dzhankoi.

In addition, the 97th Airborne Assault Regiment of the 7th Mountain-Assault Division (the city of Novorossiysk) is being deployed in the vicinity of Kalynivka village (3 km north-west from Dzhankoi), Censor.NET reports citing Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council press service.
