Court authorizes pre-election campaigning in Mariupol and Krasnoarmiisk, - MP Zalishchuk

Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeals has authorized holding of pre-election campaign in Mariupol and Krasnoarmiisk against the decision of the Central Election Commission.

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine MP from Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction Svitlana Zalishchuk wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"We have just won a lawsuit: it is possible now to hold a pre-election campaign in Mariupol and Krasnoarmiisk in contradiction to the decision of the Central Election Commission banning the campaign in the elections scheduled for Nov. 29. In fact, this decision only allowed Akhmetov to convince the voters through his factories and enterprises whom to elect as their authorities next Sunday. Now all pro-democracy forces wishing to struggle for power in Mariupol have received an additional opportunity to convey their views to the people," Zalischuk wrote.
