 "Major reform Ukraine now needs to pay attention to is that of Prosecutor General's Office," - Foreign Ministers of Benelux

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin held talks with the foreign ministers of the Benelux countries today.

The foreign ministers of the Benelux countries (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) pointed to the need for reform of the prosecutor's office in Ukraine, Censor.NET reports citing 112 Ukraine TV channel.

Foreign Minister of Luxembourg Jean Asselborn said he had an opportunity to talk to representatives of civil society about reforms, and stressed that the major reform which Ukraine needed to pay attention to was the reform in the Prosecutor General's Office

In his turn, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Bert Koenders noted that the Benelux countries fully supported the package of reforms that Ukraine was implementing.

"We are here to provide and support these reforms. Some part of the legislation is to be adopted, but we need to continue reforms, especially with regard to the one in the prosecutor's office," he added.
