 Poroshenko Bloc seeks to meet law enforcement leadership: "We need to discuss topical issues in camera"

The pro-presidential party demands a closed meeting with representatives of four law enforcement agencies to tackle acute issues.

This was announced by Yurii Lutsenko, the head of Poroshenko Bloc faction, Censor.NET reports citing 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"We also expect a meeting of the heads of factions and the leadership of four law enforcement authorities (National Anti-Corruption Bureau, PGO, SBU, and Interior Ministry) to take place this week, in order to tackle those acute law enforcement issues that have vexed all factions," Lutsenko said.

"We have to discuss topical issues in camera, so that they are not further used in populist and unacceptable anti-government statements on the streets. So I suggest, Volodymyr Borysovych [Speaker Hroisman - ed.], that you arranged a meeting with the prime minister and law enforcement officials in this building during this week," the head of faction said.

As previously reported, the law enforcement leaders had to report to the parliament last plenary week but failed.
