Sheremet added that a schedule of electricity outages and water supply cuts will be introduced because of the lack of power generation
on the peninsula.

On the night of Sunday, Nov. 22, the occupied Crimea was completely disconnected from the electricity. It happened after 11:20 p.m. when some power lines in the Kherson region were undermined. All towns and villages of the peninsula were left without electricity.
