 Case against Yanukovych has to be filed in court by December, – MP Lutsenko

The case against former president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has to be filed in court by Dec. 2015.

Head of Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction in the Parliament Yurii Lutsenko announced, Censor.NET informs citing Interfax Ukraine.

"The courts have given permission for conviction in absentia of six of the eight minions of Yanukovych. Since May, the courts have not been giving the permit for conviction in absentia of the other two. However, the case against Yanukovych will be filed in court by December," Lutsenko said to people after laying flowers at the monument to the Heroes of the Heavenly hundred on Instytutska Street in Kyiv.

The MP added he was waiting for the article 255 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to be implemented, which stipulates punishment for creating of a criminal organization.
