'LPR’ terrorists did not allow OSCE observers to checkpoint at border with Russia

'LPR' members continue to prevent the SMM from monitoring many areas close to the border with the Russian Federation in parts of the Luhansk region not controlled by the Government. Particularly, the 'LPR’ terrorists did not allow the OSCE observers to a checkpoint at the border with Russia.

The incident took place five kilometers from the pedestrian crossing points on the border with Russia, Censor.NET reports citing the report of the OSCE SMM to Ukraine published on Nov. 20.

In addition, in 'DPR'-controlled Lukove (41km north-east of Mariupol), armed 'DPR' members told the SMM to leave the village, saying written permission was required from their commander.
