"The potential of 300 votes is there, some MPs are just disoriented," Hroisman said, answering questions during a meeting with representatives of territorial communities, local authorities, and executive bodies of the Khmelnytskyi region, as well as NGOs on Friday, Censor.NET reports citing Verkhovna Rada press service.
The speaker also stressed that the pro-European majority at the Verkhovna Rada "has not messed a single responsible decision" in the economic sphere, in the sphere of European integration and the liberalization of visa regime, as well as cooperation with international financial institutions. "There is a potential for effective work," the politician said. However, Hroisman noted that "someone is stirring the pot, trying to force the scenario of early parliamentary elections."
According to Hroisman, early parliamentary elections are rather untimely at the moment as they may become an extra factor in destabilizing the situation inside the country.
