Efficiency of Ukrainian police will be assessed after 100 days of work, - National Police Chief Dekanoidze

The Ukrainians will be able to estimate the efficiency of the National Police after 100 days of its work.

National Police Chief Khatia Dekanoidze announced it on Nov. 19 on air of Pershyi Natsionalnyi TV channel, Censor.NET informs citing National Police press service.

According to her, citizens should feel a professional systematic approach in the work of the National Police. Moreover, the "nice stats" method of evaluation of law enforcement officers has already been abolished. At the same time, police performance will be judged by the level of trust among the population and business representatives, as well as on the basis of ordinary police officers' opinion about their leadership. This approach stems from the fact that a leader must possess managerial skills and coordinate services in the field.

Thus, it will be possible to see a clear picture - whether the population trusts the police or not. In addition, each head of territorial police unit will have a personal rating, the degree of confidence of the local business and the like.
