 Ukraine warns OSCE on readiness to return artillery to front line if situation in Donbas continues escalating, ATO speaker says

Ukraine is ready to return artillery and mortars to the first line of defense.

Speaker of the Presidential Administration on ATO matters Andrii Lysenko said at a briefing today, Nov. 16, Censor.NET reports.

"The commanders will be forced to return artillery and mortars to the first line of defense in case of further aggravation of the situation to ensure defense of the Ukrainian positions and protect our military. The OSCE Mission has already been informed. We remind that the complete withdrawal of weapons from the front lines by the ATO forces has been verified by the mission observers. However, the OSCE still does not have a single report on the withdrawal of weapons by the illegal armed groups," he said.
