"Russia made an offer about the procedure for payment by Ukraine. This proposal will be interesting and placed at the basis of regulating (the debt)," Siluanov said on the sidelines of the Group of 20 (G20) summit. "We consider restructuring on the terms of commercial creditors unacceptable."
Siluanov also said that Russia would welcome the inclusion of the Chinese yuan in the International Monetary Fund's Special Drawing Rights and that if this happened Russia might also be interested to hold some of its Forex reserves in yuan.
