 Filatov heads poll in second round of mayoral election in Dnipropetrovsk

According to simultaneous bulletin counting by Opora civil organization, Borys Filatov wins majority of votes in the second round of mayoral election in Dnipropetrovsk.

Censor.NET reports citing Opora Civil Network.

"The results of the simultaneous bulletin counting of the voting of Nov. 15 carried out by the observers of Opora, who have been working at all polling stations in Dnipropetrovsk, are as follows:

1) Borys Filatov wins 53.76 percent (184,724 votes)

2) Oleksandr Vilkul wins 46.24 percent (158,897 votes)," the statement reads.

It is noted that the mentioned data is based on the primary protocols from voting stations where Opora observers have monitored compliance with all the election procedures during the morning session and the day of voting as well as carried out the analysis of turnout and violations.
