 Two explosions rocked Uzhhorod residential areas last night, - Interior Ministry

Two explosions occurred last night in Uzhhorod near a private house and in the yard of a multi-storey building.

Censor.NET reports citing Interior Ministry press service.

According to the report, last night, at 3:45 and 3:55 p.m., Uzhhorod police department was notified of two explosions in the yards of residential buildings. Fortunately, none of the citizens have been affected. The explosions were not powerful and posed no danger to human life.

"The leadership of the regional police will closely monitor the investigation into these heinous crimes, while the circumstances are being established. Law enforcers are primarily concerned that the bombings occurred in residential areas: near a private house and a 5-storey building. Two operative groups are currently investigating the incidents," the report notes.
