 Over 2,900 Ukrainian soldiers released from terrorists’ captivity, 145 hostages still held

There are 145 Ukrainians held by the terrorists as of today.

Adviser to the Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Yurii Tandit said, Censor.NET informs citing Ukrainski Novyny.

"There are 145 hostages to date," - he said.

According to him, the prisoners are held in the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions as well as in Russia.

"2,941 people have been released as of today," he said.

He stressed that the release and exchange of prisoners was one of the key issues of the Minsk deal implementation.
