As reported by Censor.NET, it is stated by Luhansk regional military and civil administration press service on its Facebook page.
"Yesterday, Nov. 11, from 5:25 to 5:27 p.m., terrorists in "LPR"-controlled Krasnyi Lyman village fired mortars on Ukraine's integrated stronghold in the vicinity of Triokhizbenka village, the Novyi Aidar district. No victims and destruction have been reported," the statement notes.
"Another shelling again reminds us that terrorists can not be trusted. Neglecting the Minsk agreements, they continue sporadic attacks, using "withdrawn" weapons. If they carry on, the closure of Stanytsia Luhanska crossing point will again become a burning issue.
"The key challenge for us is people's safety that I am obliged to secure as the head of the regional military and civil administration," Heorhii Tuka, the head of Luhansk regional military and civil administration, said.
