Refat Chubarov has stressed that the Crimean Tatar people, who had almost been able to return to their homeland for the years of the Ukrainian independence, were again under threat of displacement from their native land.

"The Russian occupation poses this threat. We will be able to prevent it only having returned Crimea in Ukraine. The approval of this draft is another step towards the return of Crimea," Chubarov summed up.
