Poroshenko hopes MPs to display good sence and legislate anti-discrimination amendment

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko expressed his hope that MPs would display their reasonableness and vote for anti-discrimination amendment to the Labour Code.

The president wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

He wrote: "Today's voting has pushed Ukrainians much closer to the visa-free regime. It is us, who need the adopted documents in the first place, not the European Union. In particular, the legislation adopted today significantly enhances our capabilities in the fight against corruption.

"I am glad that the level of support for visa-free legislation reached a constitutional majority in some cases. I hope that the MPs will show responsibility and find the strength and pass all the laws necessary for the visa-free regime including the so-called anti-discrimination amendment."
