Nov. 10 defining day for "visa-free laws" adoption, - Rada Speaker Hroisman

Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Hroisman believes that Nov. 10 is the decisive date for the legislation of laws necessary for visa-free regime with the EU.

Hroisman wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET informs.

He wrote: "Tomorrow is the defining day for the adoption of laws necessary for visa-free regime with Europe. Further shelving of these decisions means suspension of the reforms in Ukraine. We cannot afford that. I know that the consensus among experts, MPs, and officials has been almost reached now. I hope the vote will be fruitful tomorrow. We should prepare for the session as best as possible.

"I asked the Committees to provide deputies with necessary materials, and faction leaders - to ensure the presence of the deputies at the session. The adoption of the necessary anti-corruption laws is our duty to the citizens in the first place, and then to the European partners. Such laws are always legislated with difficulties but when we adopt them, Ukraine will make a huge step to overcome corruption and on the way to Europe," the speaker concluded.
