Censor.NET reports that Teteruk does not consider his actions intended and is willing to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of the incident.
"I have to feel that I have committed an action intentionally in order to vacate my seat. I was repeatedly provoked but I have not behaved aggressively though. I do not consider my actions to be inconsistent with the office of the people's deputy. I am absolutely open for investigation. If my actions are recognized as a crime, I will vote for stripping me of immunity," the MP said to journalists.
