"While the Ukrainian side adheres to the Minsk agreements, sticking to the withdrawal schedule, including mortars, terrorists fire prohibited weapons from residential areas," the statement reads.

"At 11:15 a.m., Russian-terrorist mercenaries at Staromykhailivka fired mortars on Krasnohorivka. Violating the Minsk agreements, militants fired 82-mm mortars on civilians. A mine exploded near residential houses on 6 Soniachna Str. Nobody was killed or injured," the statement notes.
