The government hopes to fill gaps in the labor market with new applicants. This is reported by Radio Praha, Censor.NET informs.
In order for the program to work, Bohdan Rajčinec of the non-governmental organisation Ukrainian Initiative says, the government has to talk to other governmental or non-governmental organizations about it, so that the word gets out and people have a chance to learn about it. Then, consular services need to get involved.

According to Rajčinec, the Czech Republic is looking for skilled professionals.
"As far as skilled labor is concerned, it will be more than IT technicians or engineers, doctors or physicists, but for example, skilled metal workers, I think," he said.
Rajčinec also noted that salaries are six to seven times higher in the Czech Republic compared to that in Ukraine. Thanks to large Ukrainian community in the country (up to 100,000 people), the adaptation process should not be too difficult either.
