As reported by Censor.NET citing The Baltic Times, this was agreed in Lublin, Poland during the meeting of battalion commanders of the brigade and the headquarters, the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense announced Monday.
Triple Brave, the first joint training of the unit, will include national units, which aim to improve the operational planning and decision-making processes. In the exercise, Lithuania will be represented by the staff of the Great Duchess Birute Battalion.
The staff of the brigade is currently being put together. Lithuanian troops have already been assigned to work in the brigade's headquarters in Lublin, Poland. The brigade is headed by a Polish officer who has a Lithuanian deputy. The brigade staff is headed by a Ukrainian officer. They will hold the positions for three-year terms.
Lithuania, Poland, and Ukraine have each assigned an infantry battalion to the brigade.
