The proceedings have been initiated in the wake of illegal intruding upon the house of parents of Lenur Isliamov, owner of Crimean Tatar TV channel ATR, as well as obstruction of legitimate activities of non-governmental organizations that oppose Crimea's occupation.

"According to the ministry, representatives of the so-called occupation "Crimean authorities" illegally entered the house of parents of initiator of Crimea's blockade campaign and ATR's CEO Lenur Isliamov as well as homes of some of channel's former employees Nov. 2. Threatening with violence, these persons illegally conducted a number of searches, violating inviolability of Ukrainian citizens' homes in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea," the statement notes.
