 Four judges refuse considering lawsuit of Odesa mayoral candidate Borovik, - Ukraine’s Committee of Voters

Four judges have disqualified themselves when considering the appeal of candidate for mayor of Odesa, adviser to the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Sasha Borovik against the election results.

Odesa regional office of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine informed, Censor.NET reports citing UNIAN.

In particular, judge of the Odesa District Administrative Court Serhii Stefanov self-disqualified in case of Borovik against the Odesa City Election Commission yesterday Nov.1.

The organization noted that judges of the same court Eduard Ivanov and Leonid Svyda refused to consider the same claim of Borovik against the City Election Commission Oct. 31.

Judge of the Odesa Administrative Court of Appeals Yurii Hradovskyi also self-disqualified, saying that he personally knew one of the candidates and therefore could not consider Borovik's appeal against the decision of the Odesa District Administrative Court in the case against Suvorov territorial election commission.

Earlier, the Odesa District Administrative Court dismissed the claim of candidate for mayor of Odesa, adviser to the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Sasha Borovik against the results of election in Malynovskyi and Suvorov districts of the city.
