Oct. 27, 2015, leader of the Luhansk militants Igor Plotnitsky said the railroad link between the terrorists' "Luhansk People's Republic" and the Russian Federation was impossible.

He said this was a political decision of the authorities of the Russian Federation.

"Our republic has not yet been recognized and, therefore, there are some difficulties in this regard," Plotnitsky said.
